Soooooo. Many. The right candidate will understand they are “getting in on the ground floor” of a small business.  What that means is that while the position posted is primarily a SALES position (the better description is really a “relationship building” position) it will also be a “wear-a-lot-of-hats” position. More so in the beginning, as we teach you the systems that will help you be super successful in your primary sales role.
